    I cannot recommend Grahame of Owl Architecture enough!
    We needed an extra bedroom and initially were thinking of using the loft?
    We were recommended to discuss our proposal with Grahame. He advised of all the pros and cons. And suggest that a single storey extension with a garden room at the bottom of our garden would give better flow around our 1930 brick built semi.
    He of course knew what he was doing. The building is perfect.
    He also recommended a builder John Bennet and sons of Leeds who were excellent.
    If you are considering a loft extension I recommend a discussion with Owl.

    Owl Architecture designed our home Lofthouse Lodge, which has been nominated for a design award.
    Throughout the process Owl where prompt, super efficient and extremely professional. The house being set in an area of outstanding beauty meant that dealings with the Planning Office where onerous and many.
    Owl represented us throughout the planning process, making swift adaptations to suit the Planners requirements and liaising on our behalf with planning professionals until we finally attained full planning approval, something that we are certain would not have happened without the tireless efforts of Mr Grahame White of Owl Architecture. Owl theN supervised the entire build and remained on hand after hand-over with ready advice and copy drawings. I could not recommend Owl Architecture more highly, the are in our opinion simply the best in the profession.

    I have worked with Grahame on 2 large projects on my house.

    The first was a remodelling of my kitchen, Dining room, Snug and Hall way. These were all knocked into one room utilising many steels all hidden above ceiling height plus a new extension to the hall and front porch.

    The second project was extending over 2 stories my lounge and upstairs bedroom plus

    rebuilding my garage into a 4 car unit plus a garden room. Grahames ideas and architectural work plus his ability to pull a job together are first class and I would have no problem in recommending him for any size project
