(2046) – Boundary Wall Move – Front Dormer Windows – Rear Extension
Here a two storey “potato printed” estate house is supersized.
The kitchen having a blank wall outlook towards the neighbours garage is moved into the garden and now sits between the east and south gardens.
The integral garage is converted in to a multi-media room and replaced with a “push me pull you” shed to the side for garden and bike storage.
Two bedrooms are added to the existing very tall loft space.
Front Dormers had to go to Planning Appeal – this was a tough process, largely because the Local Planning Authority are seemingly both obstructive and inconsistent – we got there in the end…
To date the Boundary Wall has been move and this now holds the Planning Approval in Perpetuity!
